HOME INSPECTORS
Here is a list of home inspectors that can be used for Sellers before listing,
and Buyers after the contract! This list can change from time to time, so make
sure that whomever you use is a licensed Home Inspector in the State of Illinois.
Most inspectors will welcome you at the end of the inspection (the last 15 minutes) to discuss their findings, and will expect payment at time of the inspections. If you are planning on showing up, let me know so I can either clear it with the Sellers or plan to accompany you!
